Bunny chow, often referred to simply as a bunny, is a South African fast food dish consisting of a hollowed-out loaf of white bread filled with curry. It ultimately originated among Indian South Africans of Durban. • DATE: TUES 24 SEPTEMBER (Heritage Day) • TIMES: 11AM-5PM • VENUE: TO BE ANNOUNCED Expect some of Durbans best bunny chow vendors on the day serving up some delicious fresh hot bunnies For those that dont fancy a bunny on the day we will also have a wide variety of food stalls on offer with many street food vendors being involved so we will have something for everyone including vegetarian,Vegan and halal options! The event will also feature some of Durbans favorite dessert vendors and stalls for all the sweet tooth locals out there hehe :d BUNNY CHOW COMPETITION: Some of Durbans best bunny chow vendors will be battling it out on the day for the number one position! Come support and vote for your favorite Durban BUNNY champion MUSIC: This event will feature some live music for the day from some incredibly talented local DJs KIDS ZONE: The kids zone will feature Jumping castles , Face painting and whole lotta fun for the kiddies TICKETS: Ticket prices will be sold in phases (Early bird,1st phase and last phase) Tickets will be sold online at Stumbler.co.za , Quicket South Africa or can be purchased on the day at the door Please note: Tickets will be limited to create a safe,spacious and fun atmosphere. Door tickets will be extremely limited Kids under 13 get in FREE!
